Return / Refund Policy

Inspection Period

If a product is found to be non-functional or not as described, customers must notify DexaParts within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligible Returns

If the issue is reported within the inspection period, DexaParts may:

  • Provide a replacement product if available
  • Issue a full refund upon return of the product

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition as received and must not show signs of misuse, improper installation, or physical damage caused by the customer.

All returned items must include the original packaging (if provided) and any accompanying documentation or accessories.

Refund Scope

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of DexaParts.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered or specially sourced products may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

DexaParts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to production downtime, loss of profit, loss of production, or installation costs arising from the use or failure of any supplied product.

The sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer shall be replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
