Return / Refund Policy

Independent Supplier

Dexa Technology SRL is an independent trader and reseller of industrial automation equipment. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Dexa Technology SRL is not an authorized distributor, manufacturer representative, repair center, or warranty provider for any brand.

The products supplied by Dexa Technology SRL are typically sourced from surplus inventories, excess stock, distributors, stockholders, and industrial facilities worldwide. As a result, manufacturer warranties, technical support, repair services, spare parts availability, or future product availability cannot be guaranteed.

Inspection Period

The purchaser is responsible for inspecting and testing all products immediately upon receipt.

Any defect, discrepancy, operational issue, or warranty-related claim must be reported in writing within 30 days from the delivery date.

After the 30-day inspection period has expired, the products shall be deemed fully accepted by the purchaser. Dexa Technology SRL shall have no further obligation to provide replacement, repair, refund, warranty service, technical support, or any other form of compensation.

Eligible Returns

If a valid claim is reported within the 30-day inspection period, Dexa Technology SRL may, at its sole discretion:

• Provide a replacement product, subject to availability;
• Repair the product where reasonably possible;
• Issue a full or partial refund upon return and inspection of the product.

The remedy offered shall be determined solely by Dexa Technology SRL.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• be returned in the same condition as received;
• not show signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repair;
• include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging where available.

Returns may be refused if these conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom-ordered products;
• Specially sourced products;
• Products sold as-is;
• Products returned after the 30-day inspection period.

Refund Scope

Any refund, where applicable, is limited exclusively to the original purchase price of the product.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, installation costs, removal costs, programming costs, engineering costs, travel expenses, and any other related expenses are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dexa Technology SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• production downtime;
• loss of profit;
• loss of production;
• loss of contracts;
• installation or removal costs;
• engineering or programming costs;
• labor costs;
• transportation costs;
• damage to other equipment;
• business interruption.

In all circumstances, Dexa Technology SRL's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accepting delivery of the goods, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Return & Refund Policy terms.
