Product Authenticity Disclaimer

While Dexa Technology makes reasonable efforts to source genuine products, it cannot guarantee the absolute authenticity of products obtained through secondary market channels.
In the event that a product is confirmed to be non-genuine or non-functional, the customer's sole remedy shall be replacement of the product or a full refund of the purchase price, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
Products may be classified under different conditions depending on available information, including: New Surplus, Open Box, Refurbished, or Used.
Due to the nature of surplus inventories, packaging condition may vary and original manufacturer packaging may not always be present. DexaParts makes reasonable efforts to describe product condition accurately based on available information.
Warranty Disclaimer

Return & Refund Policy
If a product is found to be non-functional, customers must notify DexaParts within 30 days from the delivery date. If the issue is reported within this inspection period, DexaParts may:
- Provide a replacement product if available
- Issue a full refund upon return of the product
The product must be returned in the same condition as received and must not show signs of misuse or improper installation. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product.
Limitation of Liability
DexaParts supplies industrial automation components intended for professional industrial use. DexaParts shall not be liable for any indirect damages including:
- Production downtime
- Loss of profit
- Installation costs
- Equipment damage
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and ensuring proper installation. In any case, the maximum liability of DexaParts shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
Under no circumstances shall Dexa Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of any supplied product, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of profit, loss of production, equipment damage, or installation costs.
The customer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
Governing Law
These terms and any commercial transaction with Dexa Technology shall be governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Romania.
